All system administrators working with customers' IT systems have signed strict liability employment contracts and Baltneta has covered their activities with third party liability insurance, which ensures that, if a customer incurs losses due to the fault of our system administrators, such losses will be indemnified by the insurance company.
Initial installation and configuration
We will install the selected operating systems, necessary packages, monitoring tools on your servers and perform the configuration settings necessary for the correct operation of the applications.
Monitoring
