FullBox
FullBox is a wireless ultrasound sensor developed to monitor the waste containers filling level thus making the work of waste collection service providers more cost effective.
The FullBox solution comes with a smart data-processing system that allows for the reduction of waste collecting costs from 30 to 40 percent. Thanks to the container monitoring and route planning waste collectors should cover less miles while emptying the same amount of containers, use less vehicles for the same amount of containers, lower fuel consumption, lower wage costs and last but not least manage data more conveniently and efficiently.

The FullBox sensor, mounted to the hood of a waste container, monitors the container’s filling level and via SMS or GPRS, sends information to servers that collect data from all sensors.
Servers provide information to a data processing system which monitors the data from all containers, plans the most efficient waste collection routes and sends pick-up alerts to waste collection vehicles, thus enabling them to collect waste only from completely filled containers.
Vehicles send service information to the data processing system that allows it to create service reports and track actions.
Container Monitoring
Container monitoring reports provide container filling statistics that can be divided by container filling level, container type or the date on which the containers are predicted to be full.
These reports enable planning collection routes according to the anticipated date when the containers should be full.

Route Planning
The route planning program suggests the optimal number of vehicles and the optimal route for each vehicle. The program can process the following data:
- information about vehicles – load volume and weight, and fuel consumption rate;
- work time;
- imported data with container filling information;
- optimal route planning for all vehicles. Planning can also be done according to the specific time the container should be emptied.
