In early 2015, 100 % of Baltnetos Komunikacijos's shares were acquired by the corporate group Atea, the leading IT infrastructure solution provider in the Nordic countries and the Baltic states. Tier III Data Centre

Baltneta manages a Tier III data centre, which means the highest level of data security. The fact that it meets the requirements set for this category of data centres is confirmed by a certificate from Uptime Institute.

Tier III data centres feature redundant active hardware and distribution paths: cooling piping, entry points to the building and electrical installations. Baltneta has professional indemnity insurance. We have 500 000 euro insurance provided by the world's leading insurance market - Lloyd's. It guarantees that in case of unexpected, unintentional damage it will be covered.

ISO 20 000 and ISO 27 001

Baltneta's primary intention is to provide the highest quality level services and to assure business continuity to its clients. To fulfill this intention, Baltneta has established IT service management system which is in compliance with ISO/IEC 20 000 standard. Baltneta is the first and only ISO 20 000 certified data communication and IT services provider in Lithuania.
